Instead of flashy promotions, “buy one get one” deals, or "FREE" system inspections used as an excuse to walk through your door and find ways to upsell you..... we prefer to keep things simple and honest. We also know many homeowners are dealing with financial stress right now. This is our way of meeting you where you're at, without the games.

For the months of March and April:

If you purchase a new system from North State Mechanical, we’ll apply our Maintenance Membership discount of $300 toward your system.

If you're already a maintenance member - we'll discount $400 toward your system.

That’s it. No gimmicks. Our technicians can show you the price directly in our price book so you can see our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Nothing mysteriously raised before a "sale."
